CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER?
When you place an order with us, our team will immediately begin processing your order to ensure it reaches you as quickly as possible. Due to the rapid processing time, it may not always be possible to process address change requests. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible with your name and order number so that we can attempt to make the necessary corrections before your package is shipped. While we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes once your package leaves our warehouse, we will do our best to assist you.
HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING TIME?
At Luvya, we pride ourselves on the craftsmanship and attention to detail that goes into every personalized order. Please note that personalized orders require additional time to produce and process. Typically, order processing time is between 7~8 business days after the day you place your order before we dispatch your order to the carrier . While most packages are prepared within 24 hours, please be aware that during extremely busy periods, processing time may be extended up to 3 business days after the day you place your order. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to ensure that each order is created with the utmost care and precision.

As all our jewellery is custom made with your own photo, it is essential for us to accept payment in advance . This way we can ensure that each piece of jewellery is carefully crafted and delivered directly to you without the risk of unclaimed parcels that could be misused .

GENERAL TRANSPORT INFORMATION:
At Luvya, we pride ourselves on our efficient order processing and shipping services. Our warehouse processes and ships all orders weekdays from Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays. After you place your order with us, your package will be shipped within 1-3 business days and you will receive an email with a tracking number shortly after. For our valued customers in the Czech Republic and countries/regions such as Canada, Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, etc., we primarily use DHL or YunExpress as our carriers and shipping is free . Depending on your location , packages are usually delivered within 14 business days from the date of shipment . Please note that delivery times may vary and we cannot be responsible for unexpected delays caused by the carrier or customs clearance.

For your convenience, we may ship your order in multiple packages that may arrive on different dates. The delivery time for each package may vary depending on the destination and shipping method.
